Refund policy

1. What Products Can Be Returned

We accept returns for:
a. New and unopened items.
b. Items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

2. Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

3. Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

4. How to Start a Return

4.1 To initiate a return, please email cs@plushion.store with your order number, reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos. Once approved, we will send return instructions.
4.2 For customers in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, you can ship to our designated local address in your country.
4.3 Please include your receipt, pack items securely, and use a trackable service. Send the tracking number to cs@plushion.store upon dispatch to avoid delays to your refund/exchange.

5. Inspection of Returned Item

Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned items. For returns of new and unopened items, if the items are not in their original, unopened condition, we may issue a partial refund.

6. Refund Procedure

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return and are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

7. Exchange Procedure

7.1 After we receive the returned item, you will have two options:
Option A: Replacement with the same item. We will arrange a replacement of the same product.
Option B: Replacement with a different item. You may choose another item from our store. The price of the new item must be equal to or lower than the original item’s price. If you choose an item with a lower price, no refund will be issued for the difference.
7.2 Plushion will cover shipping fees for the replacement shipment
7.3 If an exchange is not possible because the product has been discontinued, a suitable alternative is not desired, or the chosen replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund to the original payment method upon receipt of your confirmation. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

8. Important Notes

8.1 For bundled or set products, all items within the set must be returned together. All accompanying items must be in unused and unopened condition to be eligible.
8.2 In case of any disputes, Plushion reserves the right of final decision.
8.3 Plushion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this refund and exchange policy at any time without prior notice.
