Shipping policy
1. Order Fulfillment
1.1 Upon receipt of the order, we will prepare the stocks, and it will generally take 7-10 days to arrive at our central hub.
1.2 Due to production reasons, the delivery date of pre-order products may change based on factors such as design or materials, production quantities may be reduced, or products may even be discontinued.
1.3 Please note that we will contact you via email if there are any changes or if delivery is not possible.
1.4 Unless a product is discontinued, we will not accept cancellation requests.
1.5 We ship every weekday, and usually orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Shipping to Hong Kong & Delivery Fees
2.1 We ship from Hong Kong, and our logistics service provider is SF Express. Delivery options include residential addresses, commercial/office addresses, and self-pickup points (SF Stores or SF Lockers).
2.2 We offer free shipping on orders totaling US$39 or more shipping to Hong Kong.
2.3 For orders below US$39, a shipping fee of US$1.99 applies.
2.4 Delivery time usually takes 1-2 business days.
3. International Shipping & Delivery Fees
3.1 We currently ship to Australia, Canada, France, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, the United States, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Germany from Hong Kong.
3.2 Flat rate shipping fee of US$3.99 applies to orders shipping to these locations. Free shipping will be offered on orders over US$39.
3.3 Depending on your location, delivery time usually takes 2-14 business days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on logistics conditions. During peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters), delays may occur.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
4.1 We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for all international orders, meaning we cover any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees on your behalf. This ensures a smooth, hassle-free delivery to your door with no additional charges upon arrival.
4.2 While we strive to handle all customs processes accurately, in rare cases where additional fees, delays, or issues arise due to customs regulations, carrier errors, or factors beyond our control, we are not responsible and do not accept refund requests related to these matters. By placing an order, you agree to comply with your country's import laws.
5. Important Notes
5.1 When we ship your order, you will receive a shipment notification by email with your tracking number.
5.2 To ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate and complete contact and address information when placing your order.
5.3 If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts (e.g. no one available to receive it, unreachable contact number, or recipient refusal), we can arrange re-delivery, but any additional charges incurred will be borne by the customer.
