Promotion Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for our ongoing discount campaigns. By participating in any campaign, you agree to these terms. Plushion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any campaign at any time without prior notice. Campaigns cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

1. Year-End Sale 15% Off

Description: All customers receive 15% off everything. 

Eligibility: All customers and no minimum purchase requirement.

How to Redeem: The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Exclusions: Does not apply to shipping fees, taxes, gift cards, already discounted items, and cannot be used in conjunction with other codes unless specified. Cannot be redeemed for cash.

Expiry: This campaign is valid until December 31, 2025. Plushion may extend or end it earlier at our discretion.

Additional Notes: Limit one use per customer. If your order is returned or canceled, the discount value may be deducted from any refund.

2. Free Global Shipping

Plushion offers free global shipping on orders of $59 USD or more (after discounts and before taxes). For orders below $59 USD, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 USD applies. Shipping times are typically 7-10 business days, with tracking provided. General Terms

Availability: All campaigns are subject to product stock and may not be available in all regions (check your country/region selector at checkout).

Changes and Cancellations: Plushion reserves the right to change these terms, cancel orders, or refuse participation if fraud or abuse is suspected.

Refunds and Returns: Discounts are non-refundable in cash. If you return items, refunds will be based on the discounted price paid. See our Refund Policy for details.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. In case of disputes, contact us first at cs@plushion.store.
