1. Introduction

Welcome to the Plushion Affiliate Program! These Terms and Conditions govern your participation as an affiliate ("Affiliate") in the program and outline the agreement between you and Unusual Emporium Limited, operating Plushion ("Plushion," "we," "us"). By submitting an application to the Plushion Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

• Affiliate: An individual or entity accepted into the Program who promotes Plushion products in exchange for commission.
• Affiliate Link/Code: A unique URL or discount code provided by Plushion to the Affiliate for tracking referred customers and sales.
• Referred Customer: A new, unique customer who clicks the Affiliate Link or uses the Affiliate Code and makes a Qualified Purchase.
• Qualified Purchase: A completed purchase of Plushion products by a Referred Customer that is not returned, refunded, or canceled, and meets the minimum purchase requirements (if any) set by Plushion.
• Cookie Duration: The period (45 days) during which a Referred Customer's activity is tracked after clicking the Affiliate Link.

3. Enrollment and Eligibility

3.1 To enroll, you must submit a complete Affiliate Program application through our designated platform.
3.2 We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. We may reject applications if the website or platform is deemed unsuitable, including, but not limited to, sites that contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
3.3 Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.

4. Compensation and Payment

4.1 Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a commission of 15% on the net sales amount of all Qualified Purchases generated through their unique Affiliate Link or Code. Commissions are cash-exchangeable. Net sales exclude shipping fees, taxes, and discounts.
4.2 Tracking: Tracking is done via the unique affiliate link and/or coupon code. The standard cookie duration is 45 days.
4.3 Minimum Payout: There is no minimum payout threshold.
4.4 Payment Schedule: Payments will be processed via PayPal within 5-7 business days upon receipt of a payout request from the Affiliate.
4.5 Payment Method: Payments will be made via PayPal. The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate.

5. Marketing and Promotion

5.1 Affiliates may only use approved marketing materials, logos, and product descriptions provided by Plushion.
5.2 Affiliates must ensure their promotional activities do not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Activities

The Affiliate agrees not to engage in the following activities:
6.1 Self-Referral: Generating commissions on purchases made for personal use or by immediate family members.
6.2 Trademark Bidding: Bidding on or purchasing search engine keywords, domain names, or social media handles that include the Plushion trademark or variations thereof (e.g., "Plushion," "Plushion outfits," "Plushion store").
6.3 Misleading Advertising: Using false, misleading, or deceptive claims about Plushion products or pricing.
6.4 Coupon Abuse: Promoting non-public, expired, or unauthorized discount codes.
6.5 Spam: Sending unsolicited commercial email or engaging in any form of spamming.

7. Termination and Inquiry

7.1 Plushion reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the Program immediately and without prior notice if the Affiliate breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in any fraudulent activity.
7.2 Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately cease all use of Affiliate Links and Plushion intellectual property. Any commissions earned through fraudulent or prohibited means will be forfeited.
7.3 Plushion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Friend Referral Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.

Plushion Friend Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

The Plushion Friend Referral Program ("Program") rewards existing customers ("Referrers") for introducing new customers ("Referred Friends") to Plushion.

2. Program Mechanics and Rewards

2.1 Referral Method: Referrers are provided with a unique referral link via email to share.
2.2 Referred Friend Reward (The "Get"): The Referred Friend will receive 12% off their first purchase when they use the referral link or code at checkout.
2.3 Referrer Reward (The "Give"): Once the Referred Friend completes a Qualified Purchase (defined below), the Referrer will earn a reward equivalent to 12% of the net sales amount of the Qualified Purchase, issued as a coupon code for their next order.
2.4 Qualified Purchase: A completed purchase of Plushion products by a Referred Customer that is not returned, refunded, or canceled, and meets the minimum purchase requirements (if any) set by Plushion.

3. Reward Usage and Limitations

3.1 Non-Transferable: Rewards (discounts or coupons) are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
3.2 Single Use: Referral discount codes and coupons are typically valid for a single use per customer/order.
3.3 Expiration: Referral rewards may have an expiration date, which will be clearly stated upon issuance.

4. Prohibited Referral Activities

4.1 Self-Referral: Referrers cannot refer themselves.
4.2 Misrepresentation: Referrers must not mislead potential Referred Friends about the nature of the Program or the rewards.

5. Termination and Modification

5.1 Plushion reserves the right to suspend or terminate the participation of any Referrer or Referred Friend, and revoke any accrued rewards, if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
5.2 Plushion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Friend Referral Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
